~What happened last time~
Sakura turned up at school; having forgotten her jumper, she was freezing. She then met up with Ino and Shikamaru, found out that Sasuke dumped Karin, and became depressed; which is nothing out of an ordinary day. She's now outside her first classroom of the day, and that one voice she thought she would never hear directed at her is saying her name.

~CHAPTER 2~

Sakura looked up to see a pale face framed with dark, rich blue almost black hair, spiking out at the top. A light breeze blew through, tracing his hair over his face before letting it settle back into place.
"Sasuke..." She breathed, blinking away the dreamy blur that had started to glaze her eyes. "Uh, H-hi Sasuke." She said more audibly, her nerves acting up. He smirked and stepped up to her, manouvering around the other students until he stood only inches away from her, hands buried deep in his pockets.
"Hi." He said in all his expressionless glory. Sakura averted her eyes, trying not to blush. He hadn't spoken to her since the start of highschool when he found out she really, REALLY liked him; now all of a sudden he was saying 'hi' to her? Just then the teacher showed up, bustling past the students and pushing her way to the door. She unlocked it and pushed the door open, letting Sakura and Sasuke in first, seeing as they were the closest. Sakura stepped inside and went straight to the closest desk, sitting down quickly and ducking her head, pretending to be looking for something in her bag. She was only vaguely aware when someone sat next to her. She grabbed her books and pencil case and shoved her bag aside so that it landed on the floor next to her; online then realizing who was sitting next to her. The teacher was scrawling something across the blackboard at the front of the class.
"Don't you usually sit over there?" Sakura mumbled, trying not to let her voice stammer, nodding over to the other side of the classroom. Sasuke shrugged.
"I thought it was time for a change." He replied, a slight sigh in his voice. Sakura didn't look at him, her cheeks blazing a deep pink, although she hoped no one noticed it.
